Ruaan founded NGC in 2012 and remains its principal engineer, setting technical direction across the company's networks, platforms and applied AI work. He holds formal electronic and telecommunications engineering qualifications alongside current AI certifications, and has led the engineering behind NGC's national broadband, VoIP over LTE, satellite OTT and contact-centre deliveries.
Johan is a telecommunications executive with more than 28 years of international experience across South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has held senior leadership positions including Managing Executive: Network Programme Management, Chief Operations Officer, Acting Director of Operations and Senior Executive Head of Engineering, leading large-scale telecommunications operations, network transformation, technology strategy and infrastructure programmes. He holds an MBA from Henley Business School, supported by engineering qualifications in Radio Engineering and Electronics.
His experience spans executive management, operations, engineering and technology leadership across mobile, transmission, satellite, microwave, fibre and core network environments. Throughout his career he has delivered major network expansion programmes, managed significant capital investment portfolios and led multidisciplinary teams in complex and emerging markets, combining strong commercial leadership with extensive technical expertise.
Dylan holds a BCom in Economics and International Trade, brings commercial experience from Bidvest, and is a registered property practitioner.
Anthony is an international entrepreneur, investor and technology executive with experience spanning telecommunications, AI, SaaS, automation, marketing and business growth. He has served as a founder, director, executive, shareholder and strategic advisor, helping businesses transform ideas into scalable systems, commercial products and new revenue opportunities.
His work combines strategic leadership, emerging technology, investment insight and practical execution, with a particular focus on AI-powered solutions, digital infrastructure, telecommunications and building ventures across international markets.
